An office building ,planned by Mazor Furst Architects and located on Yigal Alon Street in Tel Aviv.
Total area of approximately 65,000 square meters.
The project provided for:
Approximately 1000 parking spaces, in four parking underground
levels. Among the parking spaces, about 500 spaces were provided
for public parking at an upper underground level and level -2,
and 500 additional spaces were provided to office building
owners/lessees as a private parking in levels -3 and -4.
The company provided a unique solution for the entrance
and exit from the private parking area, by a direct ramp from the ground floor to the private -3 level with no need of going through the public parking area, and combining the ramp with the pathway of other ramp systems.
The planning services included the access design to the project - widening Yigal Alon street for two transportation lanes.
